Any contract act personnel (announcer, barrelman, bullfighter, pickupman or specialty/dress act) working any IPRA first sanctioned event without having a current IPRA membership will not be able to count that event as one of their five (5) events for any finals or any yearend awards.

Rule Reads: Steer must be completely turned and in tow before heeler may throw rope.
New Rule to Read: Header must rope steer and have control of the steer’s head, change direction of the steer’s body, and initiate forward motion of the steers hindquarters before heeler is allowed to release heel rope. Anything less then this will be considered a crossfire.
