In addition to defending his crown, Rinehart set a new single-season earnings record, finishing the year with an astonishing $74,773.93—raising the bar for saddle bronc riders across the sport.

Rinehart began his IPRA saddle bronc career in 2017, and in just a few short years has etched his name into the association’s record books as a four-time IPRA World Champion and IFR average winner. But Kody’s road to success hasn’t been without hardship. He’s battled through a broken neck in 2018, and in 2023, overcame both a torn hamstring and broken ribs to remain at the top of his game. His resilience and commitment to the sport are a true testament to his character.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry with a minor in Business, balancing his rodeo ambitions with business ventures and a grounded spiritual life.
