Anna Woolsey

Anna Woolsey is the 23-year-old daughter of Chris and Morgan Woolsey of Skiatook, OK. She competed in her first queen contest at 13, where she was crowned Skiatook Princess and then went on to win Muss ACRA, Miss Rodeo Oklahoma Teen, and Miss Rodeo Oklahoma.
 
As a youth, Anna grew up showing in the reining, ranch riding, barrel racing, and working cow horse boxing. She was a finalist in the ranch riding at the American Quarter Horse Youth Association World Championship show, as well as finishing sixth in the nation. She has won multiple year end, world, and reserve world championships in the AQHA, NRHA, ABRA, and the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association. She was reserve national champion in the reining and regional hi-point rider on her college equestrian team. Anna enjoys roping with her brother and catch riding barrel horses in her free time.
 
She graduated from NEO A&M College where she earned her associates in business, and then transferred to Oklahoma State University where she is majoring in Broadcast Journalism.
 
Rescuing and fostering dogs is a big part of Anna’s life. Along with help from her family, she has fostered hundreds of dogs. She has a passion to spread awareness for the unwanted pet population by fundraising for shelters and rescues across Oklahoma. Anna will continue to be an advocate for unwanted pets and truly believes that education is of the utmost importance to teach others to Save A Life, Adopt A Dog.
